IASIS Deploys Compliance 360 for Company-wide Policy Management

The system is live and in production at IASIS and all employees have access to the Compliance 360 system, which is important. It happens frequently at a hospital that late in the night a director is not available and an employee cannot locate the policy manual because it is behind a locked door. When a policy was revised as a matter of routine, getting the revised policy communicated to all employees was something IASIS sought to address. Policies are now accessible to every employee, employees know how and where to find the policies and there is an automated system for the information consumer to keep up with these policies and for the information producer to manage and update these corporate documents.

Now that the education system is integrated with the Compliance 360 system, administrators can create customizable lessons in addition to the content that is already in the legacy education portion. Employees take lessons that are directly linked to a regulation or to a particular policy and the system supports the continuing education of all employees.
