Compliance 360 Announces Partnership With Strategic Management Systems, Inc.

New products offer customers robust enterprise compliance management platform integrated with comprehensive compliance management tools and regulatory content

ATLANTA -- September 8, 2004 -- Compliance 360, the most widely used enterprise compliance management application, today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Strategic Management Systems, Inc., one of the nation’s most well-known and respected compliance advisory firms. SMSInc has developed four new modules fully integrated with the Compliance 360 enterprise management platform. These modules also include a variety of SMSInc compliance tools and content.

The four new modules are:

• A corporate compliance program suite that will assist organizations with the implementation, ongoing review and effectiveness assessment of compliance programs.
• A Sarbanes-Oxley compliance suite with regulatory and review protocols for both publicly traded and privately owned entities.
• A regulatory audit suite that helps customers continually monitor compliance with myriad federal laws and regulatory bodies, such as Medicare program rules.
• A Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) module for tracking and maintaining compliance with complex health information laws under HIPAA Privacy and Security.

All modules include surveys, risk assessment evaluations, questionnaires and other tools for assessing and implementing compliance programs, auditing tools for maintaining compliance and reporting tools that are easily customized to each customer’s specific business needs.
