CCI-Telecom Announces New Wireless Contract Awards

SAN ANTONIO -- February 25, 2005 -- CCI-Telecom, Inc. ("CCI"), which announced its planned merger with Charys Holding Company, Inc. "Charys" (OTC BB:CHYS.OB) earlier this month, today announced new contract awards for the first 60 days of 2005.

CCI has been awarded contracts by several major wireless carriers for construction of 42 cell-sites in the first two months of 2005, with an aggregate contract value of $2.5 million. This represents a 36% increase over the entire prior quarter. According to CEO Mike Novak, "We are extremely pleased to see tangible proof that business is improving dramatically in the wireless sector and look forward to continuing to serve our long-standing customers."

In addition, CCI announced that it has received well over $400,000 of site acquisition and engineering service contracts in Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico since January 1, 2005. The company accepted only $337,000 of such contracts for the prior nine-month period following the inception of these service lines. "This contract volume represents positive market validation for this new line of services for CCI and demonstrates our customers’ confidence in our capability to deliver turn-key cellular site development services," said Jimmy Taylor, Executive Vice President of Business Development, CCI-Telecom, Inc.

CCI and Charys announced their merger on February 7, 2005 and expect to finalize the transaction in the coming week. The combined company will continue to focus on expanding their service delivery capabilities in the Integrated Infrastructure Services space with CCI as its platform operational unit in this market segment. "We are excited to welcome CCI to the Charys family of companies and are pleased but not surprised to see their sales activity growing rapidly," said Charys CEO Billy Ray. "From the time of our initial conversations with CCI we knew they were well positioned to benefit greatly from what we believe is the start of a new cycle of accelerating telecommunications investment."

Since inception, CCI has completed projects in 45 states and 21 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. The completed projects include approximately 4,000 telecommunication projects and over 100 radar installations. Projected revenue for the current fiscal year (ending March 31, 2005) is approximately $19.5 million.
